The precision machined sleeve built into the throttle body venturi reduces the diameter and accelerates the speed of the air-fuel mixture.
Simply add the thinner butterfly valve and shaft to get faster, smoother throttle response for the low and mid range.
For better throttle response (throttle position 90% to 100% open), use the larger kit throttle valve without the sleeve.
